Tiger Woods Return to Cause Riots?
Posted by TJ Walker in Uncategorized on March 16, 2010
Tiger Woods announced in his typical arrogant fashion, via a press release on his own website, that he is returning to golf at next month’s Masters Tournament.
Tiger Woods still doesn’t get it: He’s trying to play by his own rules and get away with avoiding scrutiny. Woods needs to have a no holds-barred press conference before he ever steps foot on the first hole at Augusta. If he fails to take questions from reporters before the tournament starts, here are my predictions:
1. Reporters are going to mob the course and shout our over each other at Woods, even during his backswing.
2. Fans will also shout out questions to Woods and shout out their irritation to reporters for doing their job.
3. Woods will create a near-riot atmosphere on the links of Augusta and be forced off the course, likely before finishing the first round.
4. Even if the Woods is able to skate through because if the strong arm tactics of the Augusta National Golf Course, he will surely face all of these repercussions at every successive tournament he plays in until he finally takes questions from reporters.
