I think though that I would make it a bit clearer that you can move from one group to another. Particularly that you can move from the "awful" group to the "competent" group. Also the sentence that starts "If you want to be in the group..." doesn't quite make sense. Look forward to reading the rest of the book. Olivia Hi TJ
